The board will be meeting in Executive Session for purposes of discussing contract negotiation strategies and attorney consultation regarding ongoing contract negotiations related to the Project Partnership and Water Supply Agreement for the Red River Valley Water Supply Project, in accordance with N.D.C.C. § 44-04-19.1(2), (5) and (9).
