The Lake Agassiz Water Authority (LAWA) submitted comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement Red River Valley Water Supply Project.  LAWA submitted comments that represent concerns  that that water systems feel need to be addressed in order to make informed decisions as they move forward with participation comments.
