With the impending threat of future water supply shortages in the Red River Valley, Lake Agassiz Water Authority (Lake Agassiz) has been searching for a solution that will meet the needs of the population in eastern North Dakota along with the cities of East Grand Forks, Moorhead and Breckenridge, MN. With so much depending on a reliable water supply, Lake Agassiz met in October with an important decision to make.
